Are your patients happy with the Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE) procedure?

The recovery time for uterine fibroid embolization is usually 7-14 days, and 90% of patients that undergo UFE are satisfied at follow-up. Dr. Linda Hughes, M.D., agreed with these statistics concerning her own patients:

“Yes, typically patients are very happy with the procedure in terms of the short amount of time it take for the procedure itself, the short recovery time and how quickly they see results from the procedure.”

See Dr. Suzanne Slonim’s answer to this question.
